Projektinformationen

This project aims at developing a framework to inform policy choices in the shaping of digital infrastructure and will develop and apply an architecture method to understand the socio-technical complexity of COVID-19 digital infrastructure. Therefore, different COVID-19 tracing apps developed in Germany and Israel are studied to understand the implication of different design choices regarding COVID-19 digital infrastructures. The final version of the framework will support the assessment of the impact of policy choices concerning technologies during crisis and beyond including impact on human rights.
