Laufzeit: 2 Jahre

Projektinformationen

Political scientist Christian Mölling, research associate at the Institute for Peace Research and Security Policy in Hamburg and working on a PhD at the University of Munich, will evaluate to what degree EU "policies of force" can be deemed a part of a European Security and Military Strategy. This evaluation is based on case studies for armaments cooperation and arms control. The degree of Europeanisation, the inner and cross coherence and unintended consequences will be assessed. Based on these findings, policy recommendations will be developed to address potential (unintended) consequences resulting from EU policies.
