Projektinformationen
The aim of this three-year project is to promote young legal scholars and scientists of Georgia in the field of international and European criminal law. The project consists of three-stage structured studies and a graduate program that integrates all three levels of academic law education, namely students, postgraduates and associated or assistive postdocs, and includes scholarships for outstanding doctoral students, a summer school, and the joint elaboration of a basic manual for internationalized (Georgian) Criminal Procedure Law. The thematical focus is on internationalization and especially Europeanisation of Georgian criminal procedural law in the present and future, including the Georgia-EU Association Agreement (2014).
